Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription to our invoicing system at any time. If you choose to cancel, the following terms apply:

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription through your account settings on our platform, or by contacting our support team at info@simblebooks.com
  • Billing CycleIf you cancel your subscription, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After the end of the billing period, you will no longer have access to the Service.
  • No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months or unused service periods if you cancel before the end of your billing cycle. For example, if you cancel your subscription on the 15th day of a 30-day billing period, you will still have access to the Service for the remainder of the 30 days, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
  • Account Downgrades: : If you are downgrading to a lower-tier plan, your changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the features of the higher-tier plan until then.
  • Data Retention: : After cancellation, we may retain your account data for a period of time as required by law or for purposes such as backup, recovery, and billing history. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data after account termination.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our Service, we do not offer refunds for any payments made, including but not limited to subscription fees or additional service charges.
